January 2, 2020 - Coquitlam, BC - Greenbriar Capital Corp. (“Greenbriar”). Greenbriar announces the full subscription of a non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”) of 400,000 units (the “Units”) at a price of $0.50 per Unit for gross proceeds of $200,000. Each Unit is comprised of one (1) common share and one full common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant (a “Warrant”) entitles the holder to acquire one additional common share in the capital of the Company at a price of $0.55 per common share for a period of 3 years up to April 21, 2024. The proceeds will be used for general working capital.

Finders’ fees will be payable to eligible individuals and entities in connection with the Private Placement in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The private placement is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
